Congratulations to Hussey on his victory in the fantasy football league. Great competition. Hopefully more people will play next year . A reminder to Chan- I started a week late in the season and still whipped your arse. Here is the final table.

Cricket,cycling,shooting,darts and now badminton.Excellent news that strengthens our hand as an all round sports club.Well done Deano.
On the badminton front we have some closet players already,Clarky and Hodkinson claim to do that on Thursdays before turning up at the boozer.
The cycling club may be frozen out of the planned monster ride on wednesday so a touch of rambling is planned- incidentallyShepherd Snr did plenty of that on Sunday but what goes on at the Xmas party stays at the Xmas party.
The Duke is eradicating a nasty outbreak of wabbits down in Cornwall as I type.
Dont forget New Year bash £5 a couple.Tickets on sale tomorrow.

Can i just ask one question?

Today, Thursday the 17th Dec 2009 DCC was introduced to a new sport. Myself and Jay Cartlidge Tonight Participated in an hour and a bit of Badminton, Great Game (For first timers we were quite useful although a 3-2 defeat for myself was not good).

We will be playing Every Wednesday 6.30 - 7.30 and then up to darts, If anyone intends to play or is willing to join i will need your subs by the end of January, this will be a flat fee of 20p, but if not paid by then it will go up to 25p, to be paid by end of April. Remember guys, no pay no play......

And lets be fair........... This is going to hurt in the morning. wink
